1. Who We Are

Trading Custodian is a web-based trading analysis tool operated from the United Kingdom. We provide institutional-grade analysis of your trading history based on data you choose to upload.

2. What Data We Collect

We collect your email address when you create an account. This is used solely for authentication, account management, and service communications.

When you upload a trading CSV file, that data is processed in order to generate your analysis report. We do not permanently store your raw trade data after processing is complete.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your email address is used to manage your account and, where applicable, send you service-related communications. We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to any third party.

Your trading data is used only to produce the analysis you request. It is not shared, sold, or retained beyond what is necessary to deliver that result.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Supabase to manage user authentication and account data. Supabase processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy and GDPR-compliant data practices.

We use Stripe to process subscription payments. When you subscribe, you will be directed to Stripe's secure checkout. Trading Custodian does not store or have access to your payment card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs any data collected during that payment process.

5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

As a UK-based service, we comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us directly through the platform.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information (email address) for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our systems. Trading data uploaded for analysis is not retained after processing is complete.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies and session tokens required for authentication to function. We do not use tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
